invtiming.com Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

invtiming.com ("invtiming.com", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea, represented by MinJi Cho. You can reach us at support@invtiming.com.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using invtiming.com, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use invtiming.com.

3. What invtiming.com provides

• 9 Signal: an indicator status for US stocks and ETFs. It shows where a ticker currently stands (Oversold, Neutral or Overheated) and which way it is moving, calculated from RSI and Fear & Greed readings using the method described on our About page.
• Market reports: pre-market and market close reports, company earnings reports and other research in My Library.
• Tools: Signal Analyzer, 9 Signal Screener, Watchlist, My Portfolio and Trade History, where you can record tickers and trades you make elsewhere.
• Portfolio Briefing (Premium): a daily summary of news and price moves for the tickers you have entered.

4. Information only — not investment advice

All content on invtiming.com is general information provided for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security or other asset. We do not take your personal financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. Past signals and market data do not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions, and you may wish to consult a licensed professional.

5. No trading

invtiming.com does not place or execute orders, does not connect to brokerage accounts, does not offer automated or copy trading, and does not hold your money or assets. The holdings and trades you enter are your own records and are used only to provide the service to you.

6. Data, AI and third-party content

Market data, analyst consensus, sentiment indexes and news come from third-party sources and are shown with their source where applicable. Some text, including reports and summaries, is produced with the help of artificial intelligence. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and AI-generated text may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content. Third-party analyst opinions are not the views of invtiming.com.

7. Your account

Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Each account is for one person and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@invtiming.com if you suspect unauthorized use. For your security, you may be signed out automatically after a period of inactivity.

8. Free plan, trial and subscriptions

• Free plan: available at no charge with limited features.
• Trial: new members receive Plus-level access for their first 5 US market trading days, starting on the first US trading day after sign-up. No payment is needed for the trial. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Each person may use the trial once; deleting an account and signing up again does not start a new trial.
• Paid plans: Plus and Premium are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Premium Preview: the first time you subscribe to Plus, you receive Premium features for your first 5 US market trading days, starting on the first US trading day after your payment. You pay the Plus price only, with no extra charge. Premium Preview is available once per account and ends early if your Plus subscription ends.
• Payments: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Our payment provider handles payment, billing, applicable sales taxes and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Price changes: We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. The new price takes effect from your first renewal after that notice period.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting support@invtiming.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or publish our reports, signals or data, except for brief quotes for personal, non-commercial use;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the service or extract content;
• try to get around plan limits or security measures, or access another member's data;
• reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
• use the service for anything unlawful or to upload harmful code; or
• present invtiming.com content as personal investment advice from us.

11. Intellectual property

The service, including the 9 Signal method, reports, text, design and software, belongs to invtiming.com or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes while your account is in good standing. Third-party data remains the property of its providers.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts the service or other members at risk, or where the law requires it. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the current billing period. You can delete your account at any time in Account Settings.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Short maintenance breaks and delays in report publication can happen. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the service at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence.
